Hi, my name is Dan.
I am a Group Design Manager and Creative Director at Microsoft. I have managed and led teams of designers in various organizations within the company, from zero-to-one hardware and software incubation to large-scale software like Windows Shell and Edge. I am currently focused on accelerating the adoption of AI with our customers.
I love working with emerging technologies where we have the opportunity to dream big, think different, and do the hard work to turn ideas into realities as we imagine the future of technology and experiences.
Along with my role at Microsoft, I am also a husband, father of 3, and an active coach for a handful of Woodinville sports! I get a lot of my leadership and management inspiration from my love of reading, stoicism, psychology, and studying coaching philosophies.
